I had it installed for a day or so and then disabled it. My site went from 190,000ish to 185,308 - but I don't know if that was from having the toolbar installed or not. I personally use the <a href="http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/" rel="nofollow">search status extension</a>, shows Alexa, Pagerank, and Compete rankings.
