Growing up, all you hear about is sex sex sex. Everyone who is anyone is doing it, and guys are known for bragging about all the girls they have taken to bed.
But even in our oversexed world, there are still some people who are left out.
Bring in the Japan Cherry Boy Association.
Yes, that’s right, a virgin association for boys. Of course, nothing is wrong with that - and I respect them for it - but still something I wouldn’t expect.
After all, most of the boys I’ve come across are more interested in sex than anything else.
However, these untouched boys are adding to the population decline in Japan. With 517+ members, that’s a lot of boys not having children.
And who knows how many other men there are, that are not part of the association.

The Japan Cherry Boy Association is facing a crisis after the National Institute of Population and Social Security Research revealed that almost one in four Japanese men aged 30 to 34 remains a virgin, according to Weekly Playboy (7/2).
Now, to me personally, I don’t see that as an issue. Less babies = less people = more space for everyone else.
However, Japan seems to take its declining birthrate rather seriously, and Watanabe believes that something needs to be done about the extra virgin boys.
